  • What Are the Options and Suggested Additional Services?

    We are happy to discuss any custom needs, but typically exterior is fairly straightforward. Although, if there has been water penetration to the building, we are happy to look at your issues and see if our tools and methods can help.

  • What Equipment Do You Have To Make the Project Go Smoothly?

    We use lifts, scaffolding, swing stages, ladders, and any other tools and machinery required to get the job done right the first time and protect your asset. 

  • How Many People Are on the Team and How Many Years of Experience Do They Have?

    We handle approximately 1,000 projects per year of all shapes and sizes. We employ 30 full-time painters year around, which means we have the resources to take on just about any size project at any time. On average, our employees have more than seven years of experience.


    You get highly trained teams from us -- not just painters that got "on-the-job training" like so many other shops.

  • What Do You Do To Protect My Facility?

    We cover and protect with plastic and drop cloths. That means cars, parking lots, and anything that isn't supposed to be painted, including windows, downspouts, roof coping, sidewalks, landscaping, doors, and anything else that needs covering.

  • How Long Does It Take?

    Depending on the size of the project, it is generally from 1 week to 1 month.



  • How Do You Prevent Unnecessary Disruptions?

    We work around your schedule! We can come in at night and on weekends if it's needed to help keep your operation running productively.

  • What’s the Cost?

    We are a union commercial painter. That doesn't mean we will be more expensive, because our prices are aggressive and competitive.  However, our staff are very professional and dedicated to high-quality materials, so painting should be less frequent.  Highly trained union painters are better trained and more efficient than others.  Our union painters paint better and faster because they are professionals. Professionals can paint 50 to 75% faster than non-professionals.

  • What Do You Need From Us? How Do We Prepare and Get Ready for You?

    We make it as painless as possible, but we do need people to move their vehicles and be flexible on alternative entrances when we are on the project.
